everything! no shuttle, i had to wait in the cold for half and hour for a cab. They did pay for it., but htey had promised me I would have a shuttle when I arrived. My room was dirty,out of toliet paper in my room when I got there. They did pay for my cab after I waited an hour in the cold for it.
General manager was cold and snotty when I expressed my displeasure over having no cab. Dont stay here.
