We reserved a room for two nights in two weeks advance. We called them over 3 times to check the reservation and everything that came with it. After an 18 hour straight drive I surely was'nt ready for what was about to come.
The room that we were placed in was not the room that we paid for. When asking for our money back, they refused. The hot tub that they promised in they're web site was nothing more than a dingy bath tub. The rooms were the size of a big closet. The beds were squeeky and uncomfortable. The over all look of the hotel was like nothing else on the road.
We paid $411.98 for an hour arguement and a two hour stay to bathe(the shower head was broken) and regroup to travel another 18 hours back.
The owners are not professional at all. They directed us to leave the property (without our money), they refused to show us any contract that they said we had signed, they accused us of sneaking behind they're office and stealing paper work while they werent looking, and they talked to my fiance like dirt.
The website and pictures are VERY DECEIVING, and the confirmations on the phone werent any better. Do Not Stay Here !!!!! Bad Idea!!!
